Q: What delivery costs do you charge?
A: The cost depends on what you order and where you live. However, please note that we only deliver to the United Kingdom & Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland.
Zone A: Scotland (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands) - £9.00 for all orders under £300.00 and free delivery for all orders over £300.00.
Zone B: Mainland England & Wales - £9.00 for all orders under £300.00 and free delivery for all orders over £300.00.
Zone C: Scottish Highlands (excluding islands) - due to the high cost of delivering goods to this location, we will quote delivery costs on an order by order basis to try and maintain the lowest cost possible.
Zone D: Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Northern Island & Republic of Ireland: - due to the high cost of delivering goods to this location, we will quote delivery costs on an order by order basis to try and maintain the lowest cost possible.

Q: What is the delivery procedure?
A: Once we have received your order, we will estimate how long it will take to be despatched to you and contact you with that information and arrange a suitable delivery time.
Please remember that goods can only be despatched to the billing address for the bank card used to pay for the goods. Goods will be despatched once ALL the order is available.
We aim to despatch goods within 7 - 14 days approximately. However please allow up to 21 days for despatch. If you need something urgently, please contact us on 0131 346 2011 and we shall do our best to help.
Goods will only be dispatched Monday to Friday (expet Bank Holdiays).
